Tracking.
We have a great tracking system,that is wonderful in most cases!
You receive an email once your item has shipped through Ebay, by the end of business day you should receive another email from the freight service with your tracking number when the item is picked up.If your item is going through the post office you will get delivery confirmation that only allows information of when the item is delivered,it does not work like a tracking number where you can track it.
If you do not receive a tracking number after you receive your email stating your item has shipped by the end of the business day please email me the next day,the tracking numbers will then be available to me,this is not always available on equipment or items being drop shipped or special purchases.
(NOT AVAILABLE if we do not have a current email address on file, not available on all purchases).

We have a reliable shipping department that gets our orders out quickly, we are forced to be firm with our shipping prices,in order to get items shipped in a timely manner,our shipping prices include a handling fee.

Items will usually ship within three buisness days of payment, less in most cases,but some larger items may take longer.

Shipping total is for lower 48 states only.

All others should check with seller for total,before aggreeing to buy.

For international orders please allow 4-6 weeks or more after shipping for delivery.

We are not responsible for items or shipping time,once it has been picked up by the freight carrier we are no longer responsible for the item delivery time or any damages etc.that may occur,however we can within a reasonable time frame file a claim with the freight carrier we just have to be aware there is a problem.
