This item is pre-owned. It was tested at our store and is in excellent working condition. The only item included in this auction is the monitor ONLY. No power cord is included.

RETURN POLICY

Your purchase is guaranteed to be as described.

If for some reason we have made a mistake drop us an email and will send you a Return Authorization so that you can return the item for a full refund, all you pay is the return shipping costs. You need to contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
If you just wish to cancel the order or return the item for any other reason, we will be glad to extend you a Return Authorization too.
You will be responsible for both shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee based on the sales price of your auction.

PICKING UP ITEMS

You are always welcome to pick up items. You are still responsible for the handling fee and you WILL be charged sales tax (It's the law). Please note, you must pay and pick up all items within 10 days. We can make exceptions but only before the auction ends. Once it's over it too late to ask for special exceptions to the rule. We charge a storage fee of 5 dollars per day, for any item not picked up on time!

We ship all items within 1 business day and in most cases we ship the same day.

We email you the tracking numbers. Just look in you eBay email.

We charge a handling fee for all auctions this fee is added into the shipping costs. If you use the shipping calculator it will give you a TOTAL with this fee added in. This fee is per auction, if you buy 2 then you have 2 fees. We charge this to cover the costs of the packing material.

A handling fee of $5.50 applies to this item. (It's already in the shipping price)

If you are paying with paypal please read this, we are required to ship to the address they give us, NOT ONE YOU EMAIL US.

We have quite a bit of problems here so we will say it again, do not email us a shipping address. YOU NEED TO CHANGE IT IN PAYPAL.

Since we ship so many items per day we use an automated shipping system, we will not even notice that you provided a PO Box, until UPS returns the item to us. Now you will have to pay for shipping a second time to have it re-sent.

We are sorry but we are not able to provide you with quotes on combined shipping. Our system does not give us the ability to give the total shipping costs until the check out process, so please keep that in mind when bidding.

USA CUSTOMERS:

We only ship with UPS, no exceptions, and your order will be insured.

Everyone wants the cheapest rate until there is an issue and then we are to blame for USPS. We have found this to be the case way to many times. Now we ship with UPS and if there is an issue, we will take care of it. All claims are backed by us and we do all the paper work. We will take care of the issues!!!

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:

If you choose UPS, remember that UPS charges significant import duties which are based on an item's declared value. This bill comes in the form of a COD. We are not able to calculate these, so please be sure to check with UPS prior to ordering. These fess can add up please check into this.
