Payment & Shipping Policy

Please do not make any payments until you receive an invoice from us. 

Winning bidders will be invoiced within 24hrs of auctions end. If you don't receive an invoice within 24hrs, it most likely means your email server wont accept our messages due to spamming filters, please send an alternate email address, or telephone number so we can contact you with your total.

We accept PAYPAL, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, and Personal Checks. Money order and check payments take several days to clear. Once the payment has cleared, your item will be sent at the next shipping date.

We prefer to ship via Fedex ground because they tend to be the least expensive, but are willing to consider requests for other shippers. We base shipping estimates on FedEx's online estimator according to package dimensions, weight and buyers zip code. We have no control over what Fedex charges, so please direct any shipping cost complaints to them, not us. FEDEX will not deliver to a PO Box, so please supply us with an actual mailing address with your payment. Please remember that once we ship the item, it is the carriers responsibility to assure your delivery makes it to you in a timely fashion. We ship items every couple of days, and can not make concessions in this area. Please do not bid if you are not willing to wait for your package.

Customer Service & Return Policy

All items sent are insured by Fedex. If an item is broken or lost in transit, the auction price will be refunded only after insurance claims have been submitted and cleared. If you request any other shipping carrier, we will not be responsible for the shipment. 

We try to represent the items we sell as honestly as possible through our descriptions and photos. We are not professional photographers, nor do we claim to know actual values of all of the items we sell. We offer these items at a fair price, according to existing market values. We test and check every item to the best of our knowledge before it is considered for auction. No assumptions should be made regarding any features, functionality or parts not pictured or described. Items are sold as is and all sales are final. In special cases we will refund the auction amount, but under no circumstances will shipping charges be reimbursed, so please bid accordingly. 

Feedback is not negotiable. Feedback will be left after the transaction has been completed. We will leave negative feedback to all non-paying bidders, mind-changers and complainers.
