This resort is  located Oceanfront on a partly  rocky and black sand beach, condo has a lovely very private garden setting ground level easy access no stairs. 

Really cute Hawaiiana cottage style condo with 1 bedroom with queen bed and a/c, 1 bath,  living/dining room combo, queen sofabed in the living room,   and fully equipped kitchen with granite counters!  Single story  1st floor, no one above you  or on 3 sides!   If you need two condos we have a 2 bedroom available also at this resort. 

KONA HAS THE PRETTIEST SUNSETS IN HAWAII! WATCH FROM THE VERY PRIVATE BLACK SAND BEACH JUST A FEW STEPS DOWN THE PATH FROM YOUR CONDO!!  

 This is a  gated resort, and is located in the Keauhou area of Kailua-Kona, on the Big Island of Hawaii.

AREA:  This complex is adjacent to the public Keauhou-Kona  Country Club Golf Courses!  5 minute walk to Keauhou Shopping Village, with weekly local farmers market each Saturday morning featuring only Hawaiian grown foods.  The shopping village has Friday  hula shows, KTA grocery, Bank of Hawaii, ATMs, theater with several top rate movies, Longs drug store, Health food store, great restaurants and boutique shops..plus a free shuttle to take you into Kailua-Kona town!  Or drive along lovely Alii Drive, about 5 miles into Kailua-Kona Town.  Or, head south along the scenic highway through Kona coffee farms, Macadamia Nut farms, through small villages and beaches, then up the mountain to the Volcanos National Park for some incredible scenery!

Cancellation policy, if you cancel we will give you credit toward new dates, or a refund less a one night cancellation fee for dates that we re-rent only, and is subject to possible rate changes.
