Forms of Payment:
We accept PayPal, Visa and MasterCardthrough Paypal, Money Orders, personal checks . We do not accept money wires.
Tax:
All in state residents will be charged state and local sales tax during the checkout process. The winning bidder can pay using the checkout button, or wait to receive an automated e-mail invoice shortly after the auction ends with totals and payment instructions. (Note: If you do not receive an e-mail invoice within 48 hours of the auction end, please check your bulk email folder, as a spam filter may have prevented it from reaching your primary in-box.)
Prompt Payment:
Checkout must be completed within 7 days of the close of auction, and all PayPal payments must be made within this time period. If payment isn't received within this time period, the order will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.
Our shipping fees are determined by the shipped weight of the item and shipping destination. I want your item to arrive promptly and safely. I use first-quality materials to pack items with care.
Our preferred shipping carriers:
For items over 2 lbs., I typically ship via UPS Ground. For items under 2 lbs. we typically ship via USPS Priority Mail. FedEx and UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes.
I require insurance on all items with a winning bid over $100. Insurance will also be required on pottery, glass, china and most electronic items. A signature will be required for items with a winning bid over $250. There will be no exceptions.
Merchandise will ship 3 - 5 business days after payment confirmation.
If the item was not as described in the auction and you would like to return the item, you must initiate the return within 3 days of receiving the item. To do this, contact us at amberp2@bellsouth.net. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges
