We are a Family operation, operated by Aimee, Steve, and 3 of our children, Kimi (19), Jason (15), and Donivan (8).  We use the money to help pay for the kids needed items and everyday expenses around the house.  We both work regular jobs, so please do not expect messages back until later that night. 

Shipping Charges: Please check shipping options and fees prior to placing your bid. There is a calculator link at the bottom of this description. Input your zip code (postal code) or select a country if necessary.

Combined shipping: Some items are available for combined shipping, but some are not as they are sold for other parties.  Please ask before purchasing. The items must also close within 2 days of each other as we do not have the room to store items longer.
International Shipping: In accordance with all applicable domestic and international customs regulations, we are proud to offer international shipping for this auction. International buyers will need to use PayPal for payment.
Insurance: Winning bidders of items valued at over $100 are strongly encouraged to purchase supplemental insurance during our checkout / payment process. All USPS shipped auctions are not automatically insured; if insurance is desired the buyer may purchase the appropriate amount during the checkout / payment process.
Local Pickup: Buyers living in Taylorsville, North Carolina area are encouraged to pick items up & save shipping. We do not charge a handling fee for local pick up, but we do charge for local delivery at the rate of $1.00 per mile.

Our shipping fees are determined by the shipped weight of the item and shipping destination. We want your item to arrive promptly and safely. We use first-quality materials to pack items with care.

Our preferred shipping carriers:  We typically ship everything USPS, but we can ship UPS or Fed-Ex if requested.

 
Insurance is not required, but highly recommended on pottery, glass, china and most electronic items. A signature will be required for items with a winning bid over $250.

Merchandise will ship 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. We ship out 3 times a week to insure fast delivery.

RETURN POLICY:  Your satisfaction is important to us. We strive to accurately list and photograph every item we list for sale so that bidders can buy with confidence! Therefore, we only accept returns if the item was not as described in the auction. All items are sold As Is unless a specific guarantee is listed in the description.

If the item was not as described in the auction and you would like to return the item, you must initiate the return within 3 days of receiving the item. To do this, contact us at immediately. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

Forms of Payment: We accept only PayPal and money orders.  Money orders must clear our account before the order will ship out.  If you are in a hurry for your items, PayPal is recommended.

Prompt Payment:
Checkout must be completed within 5 days of the close of auction, and all PayPal payments must be made within this time period. If payment isn't received within this time period, the order will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be files and negative feedback will be left.

We are not always the owner or seller of these goods, but merely acting on behalf of various friends and neighbors facilitate the sale of the goods by holding the goods until a sale is completed and the goods are shipped to the buyer. Please read the description properly.

We have used our best efforts to inspect the item for sale and create descriptions and photographs that appropriately depict the type, condition, and picture of the goods at the time of sale. We make no express or implied warranties or representations regarding the condition of the goods but will do our best to do so to the best of our ability.
