Perforated every 12 inches In order to keep prices low I don't run a lot of auctions. All items are listed in my ebay store, usually at the same or lower price. This item is listed for $9.98 in the store so please don't over bid. I do everything possible to keep the prices as low as possible but I think I'm banging my head against a wall. Any money I squeeze out of the price ebay takes away in higher fees, or the manufacturer raises the price or the post office raises their price. Its a constant losing battle. Like this last ebay increase, they send an email to tell everybody that they are lowering the listing price by 5 cents but they fail to tell everybody they are raising the final value fee by 3.5 percent. So they give you a nickel and take another dollar. Ebay is the only business I've ever seen that has such low overhead but high fees. Darn I sure wish it was my idea. Now in May the post office will raise their price again. Years ago they used to raise the price once every few years and usually only by a small amount, now they raise the price at least once a year and its usually a significant amount. How can anybody make any money? Its very hard so thats why I try to keep costs lower. Hopefully some day ebay will have some competition and they'll have to lower their fees instead on constantly raising them. Competition is already tough and ebays constant price raising forces people to look for ways to reduce their costs and the only way to do that is to call all your costs a shipping and handling fee to offset the listing and final value fees. I ship everything as quickly as possible. I no longer guarantee any shipping time because if I say 24 hours and some problem arises where I fall behind then somebody is complaining. I work all day, every day. Some orders will ship the same day, others might ship in 24 hours. I prefer everybody to always assume it could take up to 48 hours then nobody will every be upset. Ebays default invoice does not always work correctly when multiple items or quantities are purchased. The biggest problem is they change insurance from optional to required but please note that insurance is never required on any item.
