Payment must be received within 7 days of the close of the auction!! Highest bidder agrees to pay actual over the counter shipping charges. Please do not request personal pick ups or meetings, I will have to decline. I try to quote the best shipping rate including low local rates for my NW customers. Insurance is optional (it is strongly recommended) for US shipments, not offered on International or APO/FPO shipments. If I am able to ship less expensively I will and will refund the shipping charge overpayment for any savings over $1.00. I never add a handling charge for US shipments!  All International shipments are charged a low $5.00 handling fee per shipment.  For international shipments I only have PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL MAIL shipping available to me so please do not request a different shipping method.   Due to the extra handling and requirements APO/FPO shipments are considered International.

All International customers must pay via PayPal.  Credit Cards via PayPal.com only.  For US customers I also accept money orders, cashiers checks and personal checks. Personal checks are held up to 10 business days to insure they clear the bank before shipping.

RETURNS:
 
Returns are handled on a case by case basis.  In the event of a return all shipping charges(to and from) are NON-REFUNDABLE.  I understand shipping charges add to the cost of the item but as a buyer that is the cost incurred by doing business this way.  When making a return to a store the refund is for the amount on the receipt not for time and travel costs incurred going back and forth to the store, the same applies here.

I do my best to inspect all items before shipping them out but many of my items can only be completely inspected upon assembly or installation.  It is never my intent to ship out a defective or damaged item.  I respectfully request that you contact me immediately if there is a problem with your item, before leaving feedback, so I can correct the issue and make it right.  Communication is the key to solving any problems.  Your consideration in this regard is appreciated!
