We guarantee you will be satisfied with the quality of
the stamps. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a full refund on all items except
Collections & Lots. Postage costs incurred will not
be refunded. Ten percent for handling and processing shall
be deducted.
Payment Information
Payment is due at end of auction. You will be notified
via email as soon as your payment has been processed.
We accept PayPal payments. Our PayPal address is

We regret our inability to accept personal cheques
and cashier's cheques from countries other than US.
Postage & Handling
Items are mailed soon on receipt of payment. Mailing
information is emailed within 48 hours of mailing.
Buyer pays Postage and Handling. Postage and Handling
is USD 4.00, insurance optional.
We combine Postage and Handling as long as items
close within 7 days of each other. If you are the
highest bidder on more than one item, each additional
item, stamps only, will ship for an additional USD
1.00
Postage and Handling cost does not cover insurance.
Insurance is optional. Our replacement/refund guarantee
for lost and misplaced packages is valid for insured
items only. Insurance is USD 1.00 for Amounts up to
USD 20, USD 3.00 for Amounts up to USD 50, USD 5.00
for Amounts up to USD 100. For higher Amounts please
email us.
Items ship from our worldwide offices. Allow 1-3
weeks for delivery. We ship worldwide and shipping
cost is the same as noted above.
