Prepayment by PayPal or Postal or Money Order must be received prior to shipping. Absolutely No CODs accepted. No PO Boxes or APOs. No Local Pick-up. Payment must be made IMMEDIATLY after the end of auction. Item normally ships within 3 days of receiving payment (excluding weekends, holidays, and circumstances beyond our control). ALL PAYMENTS MUST INCLUDE A DELIVERABLE ADDRESS, INCLUDING A CONTACT PHONE NUMBER AND WILL BE SHIPPED ONLY TO THE CONFIRMED SHIPPING ADDRESS. IF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED IS NOT PRESENT OR IS NOT CORRECT, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS DUE TO INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE INFORMATION AND BUYER MAY INCUR ADDITIONAL HANDLING FEES. Buyer pays $7 Packing & Handling fees plus shipping costs. We use FEDEX GROUND or USPS, our choice, for shipping, if another shipping method is requested; there will be a minimum $10 additional handling charge. Cables are not included with most Electronics items unless otherwise stated above. WARRANTY
Warranty Period is 14 days from date of sell. If applicable, the Warranty covers repairs or replacement of defective items and does NOT cover damage due to misuse, negligence, user error or shipper mishandling. Items physically damaged by shipper, must be reported immediately (within 24hrs) of arrival, and a claim must be filed immediately with the carrier. Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost for warranty enforcement. All Items returned under warranty and found non-defective, as described, or not covered by warranty for any reason, are subject to a testing and processing charge, minimum $20, unless otherwise agreed to or stated in item description, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, AS IS, NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED TO! CONTACT MANUFACTURER FOR ALL PROBLEMS WITH NEW SOFTWARE, NO WARRANTY ON USED SOFTWARE! BUT, WE may, at our sole option, offer an exchange or refund, minus 20 percent restocking, handling, processing and shipping fees within 14 days of the invoice date as a special courtesy to our customers on any item sold.
