Why buy from me?

I have been on Ebay for several years and have maintained an excellent reputation so you can bid confidently. Please feel free to e-mail me with any questions and I will get back to you as soon as I can. I do work a regular 9-5, so I will do my best to get back to you ASAP.  I may not always send e-mails/messages during the transaction, but I promise your purchase is being taken care of and you will probably recieve your item before you hear from me or feel the need to contact me.  I want to be sure that I've answered all of your questions so you can make your purchase with confidence.  If you have no questions, bid away! Also, if you've purchase from me before, you already know that I have a fast turn around and that my items are ALWAYS as described. Feel free to look at my feedback if that would make you more comfortable

Once in while I have questions about price/shipping cost.  I ask that you please take into account the total cost to have the item shipped to you and not just the price of the item or just the price of shipping.  You agree to the price of the item and shipping charges when you purchase an item.  I like to keep costs up front and not hidden in paragraphs of text.  I try to carefully price my auctions to be fair and while I may not always have the best price, I can guarantee you the service you recieve will be excellent and the piece of mind will be worth it.

When you recieve your item I ask that you post positive feedback/message me and I will happily do the same for you when I know you're happy, plus it's also easier for me to keep track of who recieved their items and when they do recieve it. If you have an issue with your purchase, please let me know prior to posting feedback as I would like the opportunity to resolve it.
