The cost of shipping and handling is $6.99 for each item within the USA and $7.99 for each item for all other destinations.  WE DO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY.  Please note that due to our special promotional pricing, we cannot combine shipping and handling charges  for multiple item wins.  All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail for domestic deliveries (within the US) and USPS First Class Mail International (Airmail) for international orders.  All orders are subject to a 3-4 day domestic handling time (time it takes after payment before order is shipped).  Delivery timelines are as follows:
