If for some reason we have made a mistake drop us an email and will send you a Return Authorization so that you can return the item for a full refund, all you pay is the return shipping costs. You need to contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.

PICKING UP ITEMS
You are always welcome to pick up items. You are still responsible for the handling fee and you WILL be charged sales tax (It's the law). Please note, you must pay and pick up all items within 10 days. We can make exceptions but only before the auction ends. Once it's over it too late to ask for special exceptions to the rule.

SHIPPING THIS ITEM
It is possible for us to ship this to you but it will have to be sent via truck. We have a good relationship with UPS's OVERNIGHT freight company and we can ship this to you using them. The issues are that packing costs are much higher for this type of item and the cost to ship could be well into the hundreds of dollars. If you still are considering freight please call us so we can work with you to get a price on this service.
