Q/What this auction is about?
ONE made to measure suit like the models in the picture or another model of your choice (Ask our website link) including 1 jacket + 1 trouser.
The jacket comes fully lined and without vent, The trouser comes without hems made and without lining. We charge extras for hems, vent and lining. Those extras are not compulsory.
Many models, styles to choose from. Contact us for pictures.
The waist vest like in some of our suit pictures can be bought separately.
1 suit mean 1 pant, 1 jacket.
The suit for sale in this auction is made of Raw Silk.
Available in many colours.
We guarantee your satisfaction. Our fabrics always look superb, great texture. Your friends will be impressed.

Q/How my suit will look like?
Your suit will look like the one you have chosen from our pictures but in the colour of your choice. We can make any suits men and women. Feel free to contact us for this special suit you are looking for and I'm sure we will be able to help you out.
Q/Can I choose any designs from your website?
Almost. All suits with standard length jacket can be chosen as part of this auction. For suits with longer jackets, contact us.

Q/What about quality?
I could write a long speech saying how my suits are great, wonderful...but I think you just have to check my customers feedback and see what people who already tried, think about my work. Regarding some our Negative feedbacks, please think one minute. There's no business in this world getting 100% of satisfied customers. Otherwise for those who said they have received a wrong fit. It may happen and we have a return policy which is fair and clear. Our measurement instructions are clear and we are at your disposal at anytime if you have doubt about how to take such or such measure. Therefore we consider that people who have made a mistake in their measurement and still receive an item which is not fitting them, is a very low percentage.
We checked many times all suits made and it's with confidence that we send your item to you.
People who said wrong size after all, always had the opportunity to prove if we are responsible for the mistake in question. (See our return policy).
Think one minute. Why would we send a suit not fitting? We want your business and getting negative feedbacks, won't improve our reputation and increase the number of our customers!
Q/How long do I have to wait to receive my suit?
Within a month after your suit has been completed.
Q/Why so long?
Within A month after being made. Understand that we need to make your suit from scratch. We need first to determine the colour you want, the fabric then we import the fabric for you from overseas. We also need to get your measures cleared. Faster you let us know this information, faster we can make your suit. Your suit is made by professional tailors. If you need your suit tomorrow or within the next two weeks, sorry but this auction is not for you. We recommend that you let us know when this suit or other item is for. Let us know the day of your wedding, appointment, interview... and we will honestly tell you if we can do the job and if so then we will respect your date.
Q/What about postage?
PRICE IS 60au$. Your parcel will be sent Economy. Express Post available. Including in postage: Importation of your fabric from overseas + postage of your suit within Australia.
Handling = Last Ironing before shipping + Suit bag (Your suit is placed in a suit bag then in a box)
Also in the cost: Price for the box.
Don't forget that prices vary for a parcel of 1.5 to 2kg and even more according to your size (big size = more fabric = heavier) and the fabric of the suit (Cotton for example will be heavier than microfibre).
NO PICK UP - NO EXCEPTION!
Q/You definately do not offer pick up? I am in Adelaide and would hate to pay $60 across town postage.
No pick up and No exception. If you check your local tailor, the normal price for a similar suit made to your measures will be around 700$ therefore spending 60$ for postage with us, still save you a huge amount of money and should not be the issue here! If you want to save postage and pay less, I recommend checking second hand suits you may find on Ebay or in a store near you.
Q/Do you have a Return Policy?
Yes we do however conditions apply.
To access our Return Policy, you MUST have complied with all our measurement conditions. If you have not sent at the time of your order, ALL the measures required and featuring in the following page: MeasureForMen in our website, you won't be able to return for an exchange or claim a free alteration. We accept the return of your item if you did return it within 48 hours after its delivery.
Your item must be unworn, unused. You may return your item only if you consider that it's not fitting. Mistakes are always possible and if the mistake made is within 5 cm, an alteration is possible. Whoever made the mistake, we will alter for free when it's possible.
In the case, we have made a mistake, your item may be exchanged, altered, remade according to what it's materially possible at the time and AFTER your item has been returned obviously! Refunds are NOT POSSIBLE for Ebay purchases/auctions.
COLOURS CANNOT BE SUBJECT TO A RETURN. Colours of items can look different according to each individual's perception.
Returning your item because you have changed your mind regarding the colour or for other personal reasons is not acceptable.
We will also refuse any item stained or looking like used. You have 48 hours as we consider it's long enough to make your mind. We will check when exactly you have received the item and returned it to us. Any item not returned after 48 hours after delivery, will be considered as a completed sale. All postage for return are at the expenses of the buyer only. YOU MUST ACCEPT OUR RETURN POLICY when bidding or purchasing through Ebay.
My advice: Take your measures SERIOUSLY and ASK US if you don't understand or have a doubt about something.
FEEDBACKS are important to us. Any issues with one of our suits, contact us and let us know before leaving any negative feedback. Most of the problems are amicably resolved so let's work together this little thing to get the right suit for the right man.
Q/Who are you?
We are a registered company based in South Australia. All details on your request.
Q/How do you deliver my suit? Can I pick it up?
Your suit will be sent from AUSTRALIA. I try to send your suit in the best conditions possible but cannot guarantee how the Post or Courier handles your parcel therefore I take no further responsibility after it's shipped to you. I am however confident your suit will arrive there without any problem and will just need maybe some iron work when you receive it. No pick up.
We send now from Australia. For overseas buyers, check the customs rules of your country. We are not responsible for duties taxes you might have to pay when you receive your parcel.
Q/What are the differences between the suit I can buy in my local store and yours?
Look at the price you will pay by winning this auction and the price you might pay in your local tailor. This is the difference. You won't find a store selling a brand new suit under 100 AU$ anyway. Recently I visited a couple of stores advertising 100$ for a suit and what you get is one jacket 100$ made of a cheap polyester and you have to pay more to get the trouser assorted. Obviously it's off the rack, non tailored.
A tailored suit will start at 500$ minimum if you get lucky. Check by yourself. Visit your local tailor and ask. You'll be surprised.
Q/Do you combine shipping?

Q/What are the colours available?
Black, navy, dark grey, clear grey, blue, cream, white, yellow and many many more...Ask for availability. No charge. Other colours are possible. Stripes are possible depending on the fabric you're chosing.
SILK IS AVAILABLE IN PLAIN COLOURS ONLY.
Colours of items can look different according to your own perception on your monitor and how it looks in real.
Q/What other fabrics are available?
