If you have an inquiry on an item you have won, please be sure to include the auction number and the first and last name of the person the item is being sent to.
We do offer to combine multiple auctions for reduced shipping and handling. You can accumulate auctions for up to 10 days, then email us with your request to combine. We will need the auction numbers and your shipping address to figure the total. Please note, we can only combine items that have not been paid for.
We try to answer emails within 24 hours of receiving them. However, we are a business, and are closed on the weekends, and all major holidays.
Items are shipped according to the order that payment is received, and we only ship on Tuesday through Friday. You will be emailed a tracking number or confirmation number once the item has been shipped (please note, this is only available on items that are sent by UPS, FedEx, or Priority Mail).
The shipping quoted on our auctions is for the continental U.S. only. If you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, APO or FPO address, or other locations, you will pay quoted shipping to your location.
