All customers must use our mandatory secure Channel Advisor Checkout. Avoiding mandatory checkout may result in unpaid item disputes and delays in shipping.
Please do not e-mail us requesting an invoice or total. We cannot e-mail manual invoices. Rather, the total amount due is automatically computed in our Channel Advisor checkout based on the number and type of items in the order and shipping destination that the customer specifies in the checkout.
We accept money orders, personal checks and PayPal payments (credit cards, e-checks, PayPal balance). We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express directly. If you would like to use a credit card, you will have to e-mail us your information, or call us.
We reserve the right to refund PayPal payments with unconfirmed shipping addresses. If this should occur you will be required to submit payment with a confirmed address or send a money order.

We will certainly accept a return if an item in general or its condition is unintentionally significantly misrepresented. Examples are a wrong item received, a major flaw overlooked.
The following examples are NOT acceptable reasons for a return: loose buttons/hooks, wrinkles, pen marks, makeup marks, fixable undone stitches (as opposed to tears), need for overall cleaning for light colors, color variations due to differences in computer monitors, postal service’s failure to deliver in time.
We will accept returns if an item does not fit or you are unhappy with it. We wil not refund the shipping or return shipping in these cases.
Items that are eligible to be returned for a refund upon receipt and inspection must be reported no later than 2 days after the delivery, and must be in the same condition as received. Please write “question about returning an item” in the title of your e-mail message.
