This 16mm film examines the history of the basic democratic principles of the people’s
right to know, describes the personal and institutional obstacles to
full freedom of information, and warns that democracy ceases to
function unless citizens have access to information. Comes on plastic reel, in plastic can with attached guide. Color; 17 minutes, Gilbert Altschul Productions/Journal Films, 1973. While the film has not been viewed in its entirety, a brief inspection indicated significant red in color and multiple fine lines, so it is being sold AS IS.
