Damage or loss of warranty goods during shipment is the sole responsibility of the customer. Any merchandise returned under the warranty which is found not to be defective will incur a 15% restocking fee fee per item with a $5 minimum.
No Refunds or Exchanges on items returned without an RMA (Return Material Authorization). No refunds will be made for shipping cost.
