Here for your consideration is a mini jeweled pill or trinket box.  As seen in the photos, this item may remind you of a treasure chest. The base of this piece measures approx. 1 inch.  On the top of box there are 4 faux jewels and there are decorative design that make this also an ornate little box.  There is also a small gold ring, that may have been left there for a this box to be hang from a chain.  Located on the bottom of the box it states AVON.  Overall this gold tone box is in good condition.  If a collector of pill or trinket boxes, this one will not take up much space.
