PAYMENT:
SpeedeSale accepts and prefers PayPal. PayPal accepts all major credit cards, debit cards and E-Checks through your bank account. It is the easiest and safest way to send money for on-line purchases. You can send payment via PayPal if you have an account or not. Just follow the instructions during the checkout process.
Payment confirmation is required within 5 days after the auction is closed.

Once we receive payment confirmation, all orders will ship out within 5 business days. Our shipping rates are for the 48 continental United States, only. For heavy items that need to be freighted buyer must contact us with shipping address so we can calculate the freight.

FOR PLACES LIKE CANADA, ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, MEXICO, AND ANYWHERE OUTSIDE THE 48 STATES, INCLUDING APO AND FPO BASES, CONTACT US FIRST FOR A SHIPPING RATE. WE WILL NOT HONOR THE SHIPPING RATE IN THE AUCTION TO ANYWHERE OUTSIDE THE 48 CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES.

Insurance: We REQUIRE insurance on items of $100 or more. If insurance is listed as 'optional' and you choose not to pay for the insurance we will not be responsible for any damage or the processing of any damage claims.
Signature Guarantee: The United State Post Office and major shippers (UPS, FedEx, etc.) will leave packages outside of your residence or business if no one is there. We will not be responsible for packages left outside. If you do not want packages left outside, you must notify us prior to shipping your item and have an optional "Signature Guarantee" added to your shipping costs.
Greyhound GPX: We use Greyhound GPX shipping for most Power Wheels products, and oversized items. We usually drop packages off at Greyhound two days a week. Although Greyhound is an excellent shipper, we ask for your patience while you are waiting for products from Greyhound to arrive. In order to notify you promptly, we ask that you provide your primary contact phone number upon payment.
Shipping Address: Large packages cannot be shipped to post office box addresses. We need a physical address to ship UPS or FedEx.
Local Pickup: Most items are at our warehouse in Hollywood, FL and can be picked up locally there, but please call first to verify that the items are available for pickup. All power wheels and most equipment are stored in our warehouse and ship only from there. If you plan to do local pickup you must notify us by phone or email 1-2 days prior so we can arrange to have the item ready. There is a $5 - $25 handling charge based on the size of the item to be picked up. Local delivery of these items can be arranged for a flat $65 fee. All local purchases are subject to sales tax.
SpeedeSale professionally packs all items to maximize the safe arrival of your purchase. However, damage in transit can occur. If you do experience damage upon delivery, you can file a claim, but only if insurance was purchased or provided by the shipper.
